Daniel J. Flood attended the University of Wisconsin studying business management.  He has been a licensed real estate professional and a multi-million dollar seller in Maryland for more than 4 years.  As a fourth-generation plumber with vast knowledge in the constuction and remodeling industry, Daniel is a valuable asset to both home buyers and home sellers.

Michael Thorpe is a licensed real estate professional and a multi-million dollar seller.  He relocated from a South Florida real estate firm to rejoin D & D Real Estate and has been actively representing both buyers and sellers in Maryland and the Disctrict of Columbia for over 3 years.  His previous real estate experience includes: listing and selling homes, buyer brokerage, and working as a settlement officer.  Michael's expertise in all phases of real estate guarantees his clients smooth and successful reals estate transactions.

Kara Wright joined D & D Real Estate in September 2003 as Personal Assistant to the Broker.  In 2005, after learning the Real Estate industry first-hand, she became a licensed real estate professional in Maryland and is actively serving both buyers and sellers.
