The Broker

Dawn Eury-Flood Dawn I. Eury-Flood, CCIM, GRI, CRB, CRS, is the owner/broker of D & D Real Estate and Development, LLC and co-owner/general contractor of D & D Home Improvements & Repairs, LLC.  Dawn has been a licensed real estate professional for the past 30 years and currently holds licenses in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.  Her previous background is in real estate law and real estate settlements.  As a graduate of the Real Estate Institute with a college degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland University College, Dawn has developed the knowledge and expertise in the real estate field that assures both buyers and sellers smooth and successful transactions.

As the owner and principle instructor of the Entrepreneurs Education Association, Inc., an organization that specializes in the training of individuals in real estate and business related topics, Dawn has created and taught courses which have been approved by the Maryland Real Estate Commission for continuing education licensing requirements for Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.

After several years of affiliation with most of the larger real estate firms, Dawn saw a need for a more personalized and convenient approach to real estate and opened her own brokerage in 1986, D & D Real Estate and Development, LLC, The One Stop Shop for Real Estate.  Through D & D Real Estate and Development, LLC, Dawn continues to offer both buyers and sellers the best of the rest and so much more.  Dawn is a multi-million dollar seller, in both residential and commercial real estate.  In addition to the GRI, CRB, and CRS designations, Dawn holds the elite, most coveted and respected designation in the real estate industry: CCIM.  The CCIM designation is conferred by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.  CCIMs are backed by the real estate industry's most challenging education curriculum and required to complete 200 classroom hours of graduate-level courses.  CCIMs are required to master such issues as the time value of money, measuring investment performance, analyzing the best use of a site, property supply & demand, evaluating and managing risk, lease versus own analysis, market demographics, negotiation, tax implications and financing options.  CCIMs are also required to document professional commercial transactions in excess of three million dollars prior to receiving the CCIM designation.  The CCIM training received enables the CCIM to assure all clients that every decision will be made in the best interest of the client's long-term investment objective.

Dawn attributes her real estate success to her uncompromising commitment to personalized and professional services in all phases of real estate.
